Tasnuva Chaudhury’s research centers around organizational culture and design, innovative work behaviour, gender and leadership, resilience, and career behaviours. She is currently investigating the role of gendered organizational culture in facilitating innovative work behaviour and career progression. Additionally, she is involved in a project examining career adaptability and psychological well-being among students. She is also collaborating on a project on case development and inclusive pedagogy.
Her experience includes teaching at Carleton University and North South University. She has also worked on several funded projects concerning professionalism in Canadian policing, as well as women entrepreneurship and export for federal agencies. Prior to starting her doctoral program, she worked as a portfolio brand manager in the publishing sector and as a consultant in the non-profit sector. She has served in the Sprott Graduate Research Programs Society and the Centre for Research on Inclusion at Work at Carleton University. Currently, she serves as the Divisional Co-Editor for the Gender and Diversity in Organizations at the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada.
She completed her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from North South University and Master’s in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. She is currently completing her PhD in Management at Carleton University.
